Returns
Email us at shop@skinfind.com to notify us before you return your products with proof of purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please note products are only eligible for return if they are unused, in original packaging, and within the same condition they were received.
Refunds
Upon receiving the products back, our staff will inspect each and email you to let you know if the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, our system will send you an instant notification via the email you used to order to let you know the refund has been processed. As standard, the refund will go back into your original payment method; depending on your card provider, this can typically take 1-3 days to return to your account.
Please note: we cannot refund you to any card other than your original payment method; if any issues occur, we would be happy to give you a SkinFind gift card.

Sale and discounted items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.
Exchanges
If your product is defective or damaged, we will replace these products for you.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that if you order on the weekend, this will be posted on Monday.
Delivery times
1-3 working days in the UK.
Damaged products
We use reinforced packaging to ensure products are delivered to you safely; however, in some situations, delivery companies can damage products.
Please send us a picture for us to investigate with the delivery company. Kindly note that cases lodged with delivery companies can take up to 10 working days to resolve. Please be patient with us during this time, as we will try our best to get you the desired resolution.
Skin Allergies and Reactions Policy
We always recommend that you consult a dermatologist before using any skincare product. Everyone has unique skin, so everyone reacts differently to certain ingredients.
When using a product for the first time, always follow the exact instructions and patch test on a small area.
SkinFind is not responsible for any reactions that occur with any products used. If you find any products triggering your allergies, stop using them immediately.
Products are non-refundable upon use. We are a reseller of multiple brands who share the same policy of no refunds once the product is used. Therefore, you agree to these terms by purchasing on SkinFind.
